AWARDS:
Best Social – List date, details of the event, including decorations, and how the international theme was used. You may include traditions such as Rituals, Beginning Day, Founder’s Day and Legacy Day.
Best Service – List the date, activity and details including results.
Best Ways and Means – List the date, activity and details including results
Shoebox Float – Size requirement 10x13x5 in.
GUIDELINES:
A. Title page must have contest name, chapter/council name, chapter/council number and city. Also, include the name, address and phone number of the person preparing the report.
B. Report must be typed on 8 ½ x 11 white paper, double spaced, with 1” margins, be no more than three (3) written pages and placed in a fastened folder cover or notebook. You may also include samples of invitations, newspaper articles or other types of publicity, photos. Each must be labeled.
C. Include chapter or council activities from May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027 only.
D. Include in your report the number of members in your chapter or council, the number who participated, and the number who attended (including guests).
Deadline is April 12, 2027. You will receive an email confirmation when form is received.
